The Kilkenny Pembroke is a 4 Star boutique hotel on Patrick Street, right in the centre of the city and just behind Kilkenny Castle. It is a stylish modern hotel which has built up a reputation over the years for very high levels of comfort and service.

It has 74 spacious, modern well appointed rooms; doubles, twins and triples, with an extra premium for the 26 m² ‘Superior Rooms’ and the ones with views of Kilkenny Castle. The beds are particularly comfortable, the double rooms coming with king size bed as standard, and all rooms have air-con, WiFi, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and plush bathrooms. FACILITIES:

Downstairs there is Statham’s Bar & Restaurant, which is also popular with locals and where you can enjoy some excellent Irish and international food in a cordial atmosphere, a full range of drinks and live music on some nights.

The Mint Spa at the Pembroke offers an array of health and beauty treatments; massages, facials, waxing, make up application, laser hair removal, skin peels, Candela Max Pro Laser skin rejuvenation therapy (The only one of its kind outside Dublin) and more.

They also have a spa shop where you can stock up on professional products from brands such as Alumier MD, Dermalogica and Buff Make Up.

The business centre at the hotel has a dedicated events team and full corporate facilities. There is free parking available at the beside the hotel too or if that’s full, around a block away.

Families are welcome at the Pembroke, with cots available in all rooms and changing facilities around the hotel. Statham’s has a special kid’s menu and free passes to The Watershed Leisure Centre which has a toddler and children’s swimming pool are available from reception.
